Buying a plane ticket
A: I would like to book a flight.
B: I can help you with that. Where are you traveling to?
A: I am traveling to Singapore.
B: What date will you be traveling?
A: I want to fly on June 14th.
B: Do you want to fly out of Los Angeles International or Burbank Airport?
A: I would like to fly out of Los Angeles International Airport.
B: Would you prefer a morning or an afternoon flight?
A: I would rather fly in the morning.
B: Well. I have you booked on a flight that will fit your schedule.
The tickets will arrive by mail in a few days.

A: I want to buy a plane ticket.
B: can help you make your reservation. What is your destination?
A: My final destination is Sydney. Australia.
B: What is your travel date?
A: I am making a reservation for December 12th.
B: Would you prefer to leave from Los Angeles International or Bur- bank Airport?
A: I want to fly out of Burbank Airport.
B: Would you rather fly in the morning or later in the day?
A: I need an afternoon flight.
B: I have you booked on a flight in the afternoon. Your tickets will arrive in the mail within 3 days.

B: I was able to find an inexpensive flight for you. We are sending you your tickets in the mail.

Travel Agent: Good afternoon, sir. May I help you?
Tourist: Yes, sir. ‘d like to make a reservation for a flight to Chiang Mai.
Travel Agent: What day and time would you like to travel?
Tourist: I’d like to go on Wednesday. And I’ll take that 7:30 morning flight.
Travel Agent: Just a moment, please. Umm..I ‘m afraid that the flight is full. There is a seat on 9:50 flight, however.
Tourist: Okay. That’s better than nothing. I guess.
Travel Agent: May I have your name, please?
Tourist: Waldenburg. Karl Waldenburg.
Travel Agent: How would you like to pay, sir?
Tourist: By credit card.
Travel Agent: May I have your card, sir? I’ll make out the receipt. Tourist: Here you are.
Travel Agent: It will just take a moment. Here you are, sir. Please be at the airport at least one hour before the flight is scheduled to leave. And you should confirm your flight a couple of days in advance.
Tourist: Thank you
