กิจกรรมเตรียมความพร้อมด้านการต้อนรับและให้บริการลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติด้านการนำเที่ยว
สาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ คณะมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ จัดกิจกรรมเตรียมความพร้อมด้านการต้อนรับและให้บริการลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติด้านการนำเที่ยว ภายใต้โครงการเตรียมความพร้อมนักศึกษาด้านวิชาชีพสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ ประจำปีการศึกษา 2562 ระหว่างวันที่ 25 กรกฎาคม – 15 กันยายน 2562 เพื่อเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจ ชั้นปีที่ 4 ด้านวิชาการและวิชาชีพก่อนออกฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพและประกอบอาชีพภายในอนาคต
กิจกรรมในวันที่ 25 กรกฎาคม 2562 เป็นกิจกรรมเตรียมความพร้อมด้านการต้อนรับและให้บริการลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติด้านการนำเที่ยว โดยได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากร คือ คุณณัฐชัย วิบูลย์สิน มัคคุเทศก์นำเที่ยวท้องถิ่นภาคใต้ และคุณสุวิทย์ แจ่มประโคน พนักงานต้อนรับสปา ซึ่งเป็นผู้มีความรู้ความสามารถและมีประสบการณ์สูงในการนำเที่ยวและการต้อนรับและให้ข้อมูลลูกค้า ทำให้การจัดกิจกรรมครั้งนี้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมายด้วยดี ณ ห้องเจริญพันธุวงศ์ อาคาร 17 ชั้น 2
Preparatory Activities for the Hospitality and Customer Service for Tourism
Business English Program, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Buriram Rajabhat University organized preparatory activities for those wishing to enter hospitality and customer service for tourism. The courses were held from 25th July until the 15th September 2019. These activities were to provide some basic training for the hospitality world to students from 4th year Business English. This would be a solid starting point for further professional training later on. The activity on 25th July, 2019 was an initial activity for welcoming and servicing foreign customers in tourism. We had the honor of guest speakers Mr. Nattachai Wibunsin, a local tour guide in the south of Thailand, and Mr. Suwit Jamprakhon, a spa receptionist. Both are highly knowledgeable and experienced in tour, hospitality and providing quality customer service. The project was set at Charoenpanthuwong room, building 17, 2nd floor with a great success.
